Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid Arki plans, including monthly and yearly access to eligible Arki Tools and workspace features.

1. Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not materially used the paid toolchain after payment.

2. Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be declined after heavy usage of paid tools.
Refunds may be declined for abuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity.
Partial billing periods are generally not prorated unless required by law.

3. Yearly plans

Yearly plan refund requests are reviewed under the same 7-day window. After that period, the plan remains active until the expiration date.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

5. How to request a refund

Contact the site operator through the support email shown on the main website or checkout provider record. Include your account email, payment date, and reason for the request.
