- No evidence has been collected yet. Run the named check; do not interpret it as zero.
- no_signal
- The check ran successfully but found no matching record in that period.
- ready
- The named evidence exists. It does not prove causation or business impact.
- blocked
- Open the blocking reason, use the targeted correction, then score or verify again.
